This policy explains what information Rise2gether Talent (“we”) collects through www.rise2gethertalent.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you send us

When you use a form on this site, we receive what you enter:

• Job seekers: name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, field of interest, the role you're applying for and your message.
• Employers: name, company, work email, phone, the type of hiring help you need and your message.

Form submissions are sent to Google Forms and stored in our Google Workspace account. Google processes them on our behalf under its privacy policy.

How we use it

• To reply to you and provide recruiting and staffing services.
• To match job seekers with roles that fit their experience and goals.
• To share a job seeker's details with a prospective employer, only after we've discussed the role with you.

We don't sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how people arrive and whether a form was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like pages visited, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type. It doesn't give us your name or contact details, and we don't use it for advertising.

Other services

Booking a consultation opens zcal, and our LinkedIn link opens LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply to information you give them.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to work with you, and delete them when you ask unless we must keep them for legal reasons. Google Analytics data is kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you've sent us, or to stop contacting you. Contact us and we'll respond promptly.

Security

This site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to submissions is limited to our team.

Children

This site is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
